Park Lake Estates Community, Inc. is not an HOA but a Civic Association governed by applicable Pasco County codes and administered by a volunteer Board of Directors. Estoppel is not required. However, we do ask for a $30 annual dues donation per household. Any additional donations and volunteering are welcome.
